Shipping policy

We know you are going to love your new treasure!

But just in case, you may return your item for an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Item must be in the same condition as it was received. Please email questions regarding returns at hello@forestfancies.com before attempting to return your item. Additional shipping fees will apply. Refunds are not accepted and clearance sales are final. 

To minimize waste, we ship our products in recycled packaging so it may be otherwise branded. If this is a gift, please select gift wrapping at checkout so that we can jazz it up. 

Domestic orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail which includes delivery confirmation, tracking number, and $50 insurance. You may choose to pay for additional insurance at the time of checkout. Expected delivery time is 2-4 days after your item has been mailed.

International orders are shipped through USPS First Class International. Tracking number and insurance are not available for most international orders. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to receive depending on the destination.
